What You'll Find Out
Four dimensions. One honest number.
The assessment scores you across the four things that actually determine whether a business is ready to grow, the same four that run through everything we do. You'll see where you're strong and where the work is.
Structure
Whether the pipeline, pricing, and forecast hold up without you propping them up.
Master Your Craft
Whether the skill and the systems around it keep getting sharper, not just busier.
Support
Whether the people, cash, and handoffs around the work hold when it gets hard.
Story We Tell Ourselves
Whether you can see your own blind spots, or only the ones you already admit to.
This Isn't a Personality Quiz
No label. No PDF. Just the truth.
It won't tell you you're a "Type B Leader" and email you a worksheet. It gives you an honest diagnosis and a concrete next step you can act on this week, whether or not you ever work with Allen. The honesty runs both ways: if you're ready, it'll say so. If now isn't the moment, it'll say that too, and point you to what helps in the meantime.
That's the whole point. Grow the person, transform the business.
Frequently Asked Questions
FAQs: About the assessment.
What is the Nesh Consulting business readiness assessment?
It is a free, five-minute assessment of twelve questions across the four forces that shape a business: Structure, Craft, Support, and the Story You Tell Yourself. You get an honest read on where the friction is and a concrete next step, whether or not you ever hire Allen.
How long does the assessment take and does it cost anything?
It takes about five minutes and it is completely free. There is no credit card and no required sales call. You see your results on screen the moment you finish.
What do I get at the end?
A score out of 60, a breakdown across the four quadrants showing your strongest area and the one to focus on first, a specific action for that gap, and a recommended next step matched to where you actually are, from a self-paced course to one-on-one consulting.
Will taking the assessment put me on a sales call?
No. The assessment gives you real value on its own. If your results show you are ready for a conversation, you will be offered one, but nothing is forced. The honesty cuts both ways: if it is not the right moment, the results will tell you that too.
