The free assessment
The assessment is a self-evaluation tool. The score and recommendations are directional, based on the answers you provide, and do not constitute a formal audit, valuation, or guarantee. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the results.
Engagements are governed by a separate agreement
Nothing on the Site is an offer or a binding agreement to provide services. Any consulting or advisory engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Nesh Consulting that sets out scope, fees, and terms. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the engagement agreement controls for that engagement.
SMS text messaging program
Nesh Consulting LLC operates a Customer Care SMS text messaging program. By opting in through the chat widget on neshconsulting.com and providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Nesh Consulting LLC. Messages are limited to responses to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, requested assessment results, and support related to an active engagement. SMS opt-in is collected only through the chat widget and is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, and reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Nesh Consulting LLC is not liable for delays, failures, or errors in delivery caused by a wireless carrier or third-party provider. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, frameworks, and the “Nesh Consulting” name, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
