Who This Is For

Book this if you lead...

  • A sales team that knows the numbers but is missing the patterns behind them
  • A leadership group you want aligned on how they show up, not just what they hit
  • A conference or association audience that needs more than a motivational hour
  • A school or program developing the next generation of leaders
  • A team heading into a growth phase or a culture shift, and you want them ready

Allen has led sales teams, run inside sales operations, and built businesses across automotive, commercial real estate, breweries, technology, and more. Every framework in the room came from that work, not from a book he read.

What Your Team Walks Away With

Four words your team keeps.

NESH is the spine of every workshop. It is not a slogan for the day. It is the operating pattern Allen has seen in every high-performing person he has worked with, and the part your team carries out of the room.

01

NO

Your team learns to say no to distractions, low-value activity, and the reflexive yes that burns the week without building results. Saying no is a discipline, not a limitation.

02

EGO

Confidence is required. Ego is the wall that stops growth. Your team learns to stay open to feedback, to correction, and to the truth that nobody has it all figured out yet.

03

STAY

Consistency is the separator. Anyone can have a great week once. The people who build careers do the work every week, even when motivation is low and momentum feels gone.

04

HUMBLE

There is no finish line. The skills that got your team here will not get them to the next level. Stay a work in progress. Growth does not graduate.

Underneath NESH, the session builds four working patterns your team can apply the same week:

Mastering Your Craft

Reading the four communication styles, working a structured sales cycle, and using a structured questioning method to lead honest conversations with every prospect.

The Story We Tell Ourselves

Naming the self-limiting beliefs that cap most teams, telling false confidence from grounded confidence, and showing up authentically when the stakes are high.

Structure

Spotting procrastination and creative avoidance, building KPIs tied to behavior, and time-blocking the ideal week so the right work gets done first.

Support

Asking for help without losing face, holding each other accountable in a way that builds trust, and leaning on the people around you so the growth holds.

How It Works

Pick the format that fits your team.

Every session is customized in advance. You tell Allen about your team, your industry, and what you want them to walk away with. He builds the agenda around that, then delivers it in-person or virtually.

90-Minute Session

The introductory format. A focused, high-energy session on the core patterns and the NESH framework. On-site or virtual. A strong starting point for most teams.

Half-Day Workshop

Deeper work through all four patterns with structured activities, role-play, and team-specific application. Typically four hours, on-site.

Full-Day Facilitation

The complete playbook. Full team, full day, customized agenda with pre-session intake and post-session commitments so the work sticks after Allen leaves.

In-Person & Virtual

On-site for Iowa-based teams and other regions by arrangement. Virtual delivery available nationally. Allen confirms the right format with you before anything is booked.

Allen Weaver leads workshops for sales teams, leadership groups, conferences, associations, and schools. The work has been delivered across automotive, commercial real estate, breweries, technology, healthcare, and higher education. The fundamentals of selling and leading do not change when the industry does, so Allen customizes every session to your team's context before he walks in the room.

What is the NESH framework the workshop is built on?

NESH is the operating pattern behind every session: No (say no to distractions and the reflexive yes that burns time without building results), Ego (confidence is required, ego is the wall that stops growth), Stay (consistency is the separator, do the work every week), and Humble (there is no finish line, stay a work in progress).
